01 / The vision

A long-term investment in Britain's digital future.

Global ambition.
Rooted in Sussex.

Meridian One is a proposed digital infrastructure campus designed for AI, cloud and advanced computing. Five buildings bring together a focus on resilience, liquid cooling and considered architecture.

At Hickstead in West Sussex, our ambition is to create a lasting home for technology—and skilled opportunities for the people behind it.

02 / The campus

One campus. Five buildings. A shared vision.

Designed to belong.

Low-rise architecture, warm materials and a landscape-led setting. Digital infrastructure with a sense of place.

01

A considered setting

Timber tones, pale stone, green cladding and a brick plinth bring a warm, restrained character to the proposed campus.

02

Room to grow

A phased development approach allows the campus and its infrastructure to grow together over the long term.

03

A place for people

Welcoming shared spaces and a landscaped setting sit alongside specialist engineering and technical environments.

03 / Our approach

Precision at every scale.

Ready for a more
demanding world.

Advanced computing begins with the right infrastructure.

Resilience by design

A design ambition aligned with Tier IV standards, with resilience central to the electrical and mechanical strategy.

Closed-loop liquid cooling

A proposed recirculating system with dry heat rejection, designed to avoid evaporative cooling water use.

Secure, controlled environments

A campus approach that brings together controlled access, dedicated technical spaces and operational oversight.

Design intentions remain subject to technical development. No Tier certification is claimed.

Technology, thoughtfully placed

A future that
fits its setting.

The proposed landscape brings together woodland, meadow and water. Rooftop solar and a cooling strategy focused on water efficiency form part of the wider design ambition.

We are developing the project with attention to its surroundings, local dialogue and long-term opportunities in engineering and technology.
